The BEEP project team recently wrapped up the face-to-face meetings with the last meeting taking place in Braga (PT) from 17 to 18 of October. The purpose of the meeting was to focus on next steps and action items. Here’s a quick update on key takeaways
- Handbook Contributions: Team members are encouraged to update the log of workshops with descriptions of activities for potential inclusion in the BEEP project handbook. This living document will continue to be developed throughout the project timeframe.
- Finalising Guidelines: The colleagues from EPATV will share the initial draft of the project guidelines by mid-November, allowing for integration into upcoming multiplier events.
- Developing the policy recommendations: The colleagues from Dafni Kek have shared the updated plan for consideration and collection so contributions that can be helpful for the formation of the final recommendations. All partners are requested to take thorough notes and observations from their multiplier events in order to create feasible and realistic recommendations in the final publication.
- Multiplier Events: Scheduled for November and December 2023, these event will involve stakeholders and policymakers. Participants will collaborate on developing policy recommendations, sharing expertise and ideas. Additionally, the proposed questions from ARCIPELAGO will be included for participant feedback.
From now on, and until the end of the project, the project team of the BEEP project will be meeting online once per month to ensure the timely completion of all foreseen results and activities.
