Description of Participants/ Target Group | Participants are all adult learners in Further Education and Training. They are a very diverse group of mixed nationalities and ages. What they have in common is that they have all experiences some degree of education exclusion or marginalisation and have joined a Student Council to work towards making changes. |

Reflection on Impact | The participants all want to make change but needed help identifying the issues they want to focus on. The training workshop got people talking, planning, laughing and working towards developing a clear message whilst identifying the decsion maklers who need to hear this message. |
